These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Guru's Insurance Guidance website (the "Site") operated by Guru's Insurance Guidance ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What we provide
The Site is an educational buyers guide and customer education resource for health and life insurance. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes only. It is not an offer to sell insurance, a quote, a recommendation, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Plans, premiums, subsidies, benefits, and eligibility vary by individual, household, location, and carrier, and they can change.
Licensed agents and enrollment
Our personal guru services are provided by licensed agents. Enrollment in a health or life insurance plan is completed by a licensed agent appointed with a partner agency. A coverage start date depends on the plan and the applicable enrollment period. Nothing on the Site guarantees that you will be approved for coverage, that any particular plan is available to you, or that you will qualify for a subsidy.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when you request help.
- Review plan documents, including summaries of benefits and coverage, before you enroll.
- Make your own coverage decisions. You are responsible for choosing coverage that meets your needs.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with its operation or security.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute content from the Site for commercial use without our written permission, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submit false or misleading information, or use the Site to harass others.
